1. The Golden Rule - Please keep all content on this forum kid friendly, Harvest Moon is a game rated "E" by the ESRB, so we have decided to keep the content of all of Harvest Moon Eternity friendly to all people who fall under ages set by the "E" rating. Content that is unacceptable includes cursing, sexual material, extreme violence, and flaming of other members. There's no need for any of the before mentioned. We are all capable of being mature here.
2. Our World - Forgotten Valley is a small valley isolated from the rest of the world by mountains on three sides, an ocean on the other. The technology of this game is limited to the technology that was available in the 1950's. Please do not use cell phones, MP3 players, video game consoles, etc; doing so ruins the "Harvest Moon" atmosphere. here is a list of acceptable items:
- T.V. (nothing fancy think just barely got color T.V style)
- Arcade (a shop may have one but not common in houses)
I think you get the point
3. I request that you not god mod, or have instances where your character is in more then one place at the same time, please state when the leave or enter an area.
How to Play
all activities are included inside of the forum itself. Each post you make represents a moment in time, you could be farming, having a conversation, looking at the sunset on the beach, or practically anything you like.
Marriage and Children
In order to marry you must have and present a blue feather to the girl (yes boys have to propose) they want to marry, she has the choice of accepting or declining the offer. Keep in mind that the age rate for marriage is 16 and up, in the game Popuri was 16 and could be married. also you must date first, and really get to know each other, and Blue Feathers aren't that common they may be given as a prize in a event or found at random times, but VERY RARELY. Marriage ceremonies can be held at any given place that the couple in question would like to hold their wedding at, the date and time will also be planned by the couple, announce your wedding on the bulliten board so that others may attend or send invitations to the people you wish to attend
Children come after marriage of course, you can have as many children as you like, provided you keep up with them. but they will be NPC's not PC's. or you can have someone else play the child when they grow to toddler state and from then on as a PC for the voulenteer player.
You may play up to 2 PC's (player characters) and 4 NPC's (non-player characters) more if you can control them all
